YOUR EVENING SKIN ROUTINE

One of the keys to healthy and beautiful skin is having a bedtime routine as well. Just like in the morning, start your skin routine with a cleanser. Start by removing your makeup to take off all the cosmetics you wore during the day, and then use the same cleanser method you used in the morning. Start from the middle of your face and work it toward the outside of your face, around your chin, along your hairline, and so on.  In the evening, you can use a tonner as well but put the tonner on before any makeup; this way, your serums, and moisturizers have a chance to go deep in the pores of your skin. Every nighttime treatment should include products that eliminate dead skin and rejuvenate your skin while you sleep; usually, a nighttime treatment should work to smooth the face’s texture and minimize pores. Eye cream works wonders on your face, especially around your eyes. Use a different cream that you use in the morning. Most makeup manufacturers have a daily skin cream as well as a cream made for nighttime. If you have acne, this is the best time to use your acne treatment. People’s problem with their acne is that people only treat pimples when they break out instead of using them all the time to prevent spots and pimples. Breakouts on the face usually happen because, during the day, oil is building up, clogging your pores. If you are prone to acne and you use acne cream all the time, you eliminate the problem from the beginning instead of suffering breakouts and fixing them as you go. Moisturizing your skin at night is vital. This process creates a sealing coat around your face that keeps all the skin moisture and prevents your face from drying up. The best moisturizer is one that is non-SPF or an anti-aging one. A final tidbit to add to anybody’s nighttime routine is face oil. After you finish your nighttime routine, pat a little face oil on your skin. Face oil will help lock in your skin’s moisture and help you avoid waking up with dry skin in the morning.

YOUR DAILY SKIN ROUTINE

Everybody should have a daily routine to rejuvenate their skin when it comes to makeup. People in the cosmetics industry agree that everybody should start with a cleanser to get rid of all the junk on their face. This way, they can cleanse away impurities that potentially can clog pores and damage the skin. The key is to start slowly and do not overdo it; it is also essential that you do not cleanse your face too much or too often. If you are too rough with your skin, you can make matters worse. Our skin has a shield that protects the face from all the harmful elements around UV rays, pollution, wind, and so on; if you damage this protective layer of the skin, your condition will worsen. After using a cleanser, try to use a toner. Skin toners remove leftovers and balances the face PH. If you get acne, try a skin toner with salicylic acid. For sensitive skin, one that gets dry too fast, try a toner with hyaluronic acid and glycerin because these two ingredients will soothe the skin. A serum will treat and protect your skin as well, mainly if it contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C protects your skin from damaging UV rays as well as pollutants. A cleanser with Vitamin C can help people with darker skin rejuvenate the skin and shrink dark spots. Eye cream rejuvenates the skin around the eyes and helps eliminate wrinkles; when using eye cream, gently tap your eyelids with your pinky not to damage the very fragile skin. The next step in your beauty routine should be a moisturizer. A moisturizer can help you rejuvenate and hydrate your skin, which can help the protective membrane of your skin be more durable to the elements – look for lotion or gel that will not affect your makeup. If you have dry skin, try cream with hyaluronic acid or ceramides. These two nutrients help trap moisture in your skin and help you keep your face healthier. One last but critical process in your daily skin routine is sunscreen because the most damaging element to your skin is the sun. The sun’s UV rays make your skin age faster than almost everything else; therefore, always try sunscreen with an SPF greater than 30, and while you put sunscreen on your face, put some on your hands and neck as well.

HOW TO WASH YOUR HAIR

There are many debates on how often you should wash your hair. The key is depending on what type of your hair you have.

If you don’t have oily or dry hair, you can shampoo and condition it every 2-3 days. For oily hair, wash your hair daily to avoid unwanted buildup.

If your hair is dry or damaged, wash it every 4 to 6 days, this way, you allow the natural oils in your hair to take care of their issues.

People with curly or wavy hair are encouraged to wash their hair every four days; this way, the shampoo will thoroughly get into every curl and clean your hair well.

Use conditioner for curly and thick hair after your wash it with shampoo, but don’t overdo it; once a week is more than enough.

Finally, for more delicate hair, wash it every day with a moisturizing shampoo. The key to fine hair is moisture; if you give your fine hair enough humidity, it will grow healthy and strong.

When it comes to makeup be creative and bold

CRAZY COLOR MAKEUP

One of the newest trends in the beauty world is crazy color makeup. When it comes to cosmetics, women choose conservative colors: dark green, black, teal, brown. Why not go bold? Why not choose something crazy: purple, orange, even magenta. Take a fluffy brush, apply your makeup around your eyes; try a smokie eye shadow to bring your eyes out. You can also wet your shadow brush and put some color across your eyelids and lower lash line for an unforgettable look. Or maybe you might want to try some sexy glitter wings on your upper lash line, ending with some head-turning wings at the corner of the eye. Be bold, be mysterious, be you.

What fruits keep you younger and delay old age

ANTI-AGING FOODS

A great source of vitamins: A, C, B-1, and B-2, Watercress works as an antiseptic. The nutrients found in this vegetable deliver minerals to every organ. As nutrients travel through the body, the oxygen penetrates and rejuvenates the skin and neutralizes the harmful chemicals that create wrinkles. Among other benefits, watercress also boosts immunity and helps the thyroid. Red bell peppers are full of antioxidants, which play a vital role in the war against aging. Full of Vitamin C, bell peppers increase collagen production and carotenoids. This antioxidant has anti-inflammatory properties and protects the skin from the sun’s damaging rays, pollutants, and toxins.

Delicious papayas have minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants that leave skin elastic and wrinkle-free. The abundance of Vitamins A, C, K, B, E, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and calcium help replenish the body and rejuvenates the skin. The antioxidants found in papaya’s main enzyme, called papain, is one of the world’s exfoliating and anti-aging miracle nutrient. Papain rejuvenates the skin and gets rid of dead skin cells.

Vitamin-rich Blueberries are blue because of an antioxidant called anthocyanin. Together with the vitamins, A and C found in this tiny magical fruit, anthocyanin protects the skin from pollutants, stress, and even the sun by quickening the body’s anti-inflammatory response and trapping collagen in skin cells.

Broccoli is full of anti-aging and anti-inflammatory benefits. Vitamin C, and K together with fibers, calcium, foliates, and lutein,
help the skin stay young and healthy. The best way to eat broccoli is steamed. The heat releases all the trapped nutrients in this vegetable and helps the body absorb them better.

Spinach is filled with antioxidants that oxygenate and rejuvenate everything from muscles to tissues to organs. This leafy vegetable, filled with Vitamins A, E, K, and C plus iron, lutein, and magnesium, helps keep the skin smooth and firm, promotes healthy hair, and reduces inflammation in the body.

In a salad or trail mix, nuts are a great source of energy and Vitamin E, which restores tissue, and moisturizes the skin. Nuts also contain omega-3 acids that protect the skin from the sun giving the body a natural barrier from UV rays, chemicals, and pollutants. Nuts also strengthen the skin membrane. Walnuts prevent heart disease, pistachios reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, and minimize cognitive decline.

The healthy fats in avocados have anti-inflammatory attributes that make the skin smooth. The vitamins B, C, E, and K and potassium help eliminate dead skin cells, protect the body from skin cancer, and help the body release toxins.

Sweet potatoes contain Vitamin A, which helps restore skin elasticity, prevents tumor development, and promotes youthful skin. This vegetable is an excellent source of Vitamin C and E, both of which protect the skin from chemicals and pollutants.

Pomegranates were used as a medicine throughout the ancient world due to the high levels of oxidants and Vitamin C, which reduced inflammation. Pomegranates contain punicalagin, which keeps the body from aging and preserves the skin’s youthfulness. This fruit also prevents aging, dry skin, and the formation of spots.

HOW TO KEEP YOU NAILS HEALTHY

If the eyes are the key to your soul, maybe the nails are the key to your hands. But how do we keep our nails healthy and shiny all year round? The first step to have healthy nails is washing your hands the right way. After you wash your hands, clean your nails with a brush using an acetone-free remover to get rid of all the nail polish, then take a toothbrush with soap and clean each nail individually. Nails are exceptionally delicate and can be damaged very quickly, therefore avoid using metal tools. Metal tools can separate the nail plate from the skin and cause onycholysis.

Use gloves when washing dishes. Dishwashing soaps and detergents can damage and dry the nails; by using gloves, you not only protect your nails but also protect your hands from the abrasive chemicals found in dishwasher detergents and soaps.

Consistency is the key to healthy nails. When you clip your nails, try to cut them at the same interval. Most beauticians suggest clipping your nails every two weeks. A nightly moisturizing routine will also keep your nails healthy. Apply a mixture of avocado and almond oil or skin-nourishing hand cream to your nails to moisturize them. By doing so, your nails will get the nutrients they need and keep them healthy. Invest in a base coat to prevent breakage. When painting their nails, many women skip this step. Using a base coat keeps the nails from being stained by the nail polish and increases the color’s intensity. In most cases, when using a base coat, the nails will look shinier, sturdier.

Long nails are very chick, but if they break very quickly, it is better to keep them short for some time to allow them to grow stronger. To do so: cut them in a rounded style and keep their length to the end of your fingertips. After a few years, try growing your nails back to the desired length. Always keep a nail file with you wherever you go to fix any nail problem that occurs. A new invention right now on the market is the glass-made nail files, which are less abrasive than your classic metal ones.

COFFEINE FOR YOUR HAIR

New studies found that caffeine is not only good for a quick pick me up in the morning, but also caffeine is good for the hair. New shampoos filled with caffeine have flooded shelves in every city throughout the country in recent months. The secret behind this development is that caffeine increases blood flow in the body and through out your scalp, which in turn helps the scalp stay healthy. If the scalp does not get enough caffeine, the hair will dry up, thin out, and occasionally lead to hair loss. To prevent this, besides drinking coffee add caffeine hair products to your daily routine. The chemical structure in caffeine destroys DHT – the hormone responsible for hair loss – and helps the hair grow longer and healthier over time. The only downside to caffeine as a hair product is that the product tends to take a long time – up to three months – to work. But as you drink your favorite coffee in the morning, you will have healthier hair in no time.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR FACE BEFORE BEDTIME

Imagine going through a whole day with makeup on your face. Lipstick, blush, mascara, every color under the rainbow, and now, as the evening crept up on you, now it is the time to clean your face and get ready for bed. But what is the best way to remove your makeup?

Apart from baby shampoo, baby lotion works wonders on your skin. A good remedy for makeup removal is baby lotion because it does not leave your skin dry. To remove your makeup, place some baby lotion on your skin and wipe the makeup off using a cotton ball.

Steam is vital for opening and cleansing the pores. After a long day, lean over a bowl of hot water; this will open your pores and remove all the impurities that accumulate throughout the day. Finish off hydrating your face with some moisturizing lotion.

Remove makeup using baby shampoo. The ingredients in baby shampoo are made for kids and toddlers and will never damage your skin. With chemical-free attributes, baby shampoo is very gentle on your face. Just mix some baby shampoo with water and wash your face.

The anti-inflammatory properties of olive oil, with a touch of Aloe Vera, will not only clean your makeup; it will also revitalize your skin. Mix equal quantities of olive oil and Aloe Vera. Dip a cotton ball in the Aloe Vera – olive oil solution and wipe the makeup off your face. This mixture will also clean and hydrate your skin.

Milk contains many vitamins and nutrients that are good for the skin. Experts say milk is a great alternative to removing makeup. Mix some honey and almond oil in a glass of milk and wash your face with it.

Coconut oil is good for pretty much everything, especially removing makeup. Coconut oil is good because it cleanses the skin, and at the same time, the oil’s rejuvenating attributes replenishes the skin. The skin absorbs the oil quickly and does not stain your bedsheets while you are sleeping. Take a cotton pad, put some coconut oil on, and wipe your skin with it.

Honey also revitalizes the skin, while at the same time, baking soda is a natural cleanser that gets deep into your skin pores, cleaning them from the inside out. Mix equal parts of honey with baking soda, apply it to your face and then rinse off with water. This process will get rid of your makeup in no time.

Argan oil, as well as olive oil, removes makeup instantly. Put some oil on your face, and using a cotton ball, apply the oil equally. Finish this face cleaning process by rinsing your skin with cold water.

THE PROPER WAY TO WASH YOUR HAIR

Not using enough shampoo is the first mistake people make when they wash their hair, or in many instances, not getting a full lather on the entire hair is even worse. A good remedy is a sulfate-free shampoo that removes all the unwanted oil and dirt from your hair. The common problem is that people pour the shampoo on top of their hair and neglect the bottom, which unfortunately is not nearly enough to eliminate all the unwanted dirt accumulated throughout the day. Not cleaning your hair can lead to dandruff.

Your hair has two parts: the strands and their ends. First, clean your scalp with hot water to eliminate all the unwanted buildup on your scalp; wash your strands ends separately with lukewarm water. If you wash your hair in one swoop with the same temperature water, you will end up with flat roots, oily hair, hair follicle clogging, and less growth. On the same note washing the hair with only hot water may damage the hair, dry the hair, and cause breakage. If you don’t wash your hair daily, wash your hair twice every other day; if you wash your hair daily, once is enough. You should wash your hair twice – the first time to remove the oil and the buildup accumulated in your hair and the second time to clean your hair strands and scalp.

The best way to wash your hair is to start at the nape of your neck and lather your hair towards the front, massaging your hair in a circular motion; this way, you massage the scalp and get rid of all the buildup, dirt, and oil that accumulates in your hair daily. After you rinse, shampoo your hair again and massage your hair in the same circular motion; this way, you get the unwanted dirt off your hair strands and let your hair rejuvenate.

It would be best if you did not wash every hair type the same. For thinner hair, use only one shampoo. After you wash your hair and rinse well, apply conditioner only from your ears down, avoiding your scalp; if your hair is oily, use spray detangler instead of conditioner. If you have this type of hair, wash your hair three times a week with a shampoo that eliminates oily hair and buildup. Because shampoos of this type have chemicals that can dry and damage your hair, it is best to wash your hair only every other day while focusing on your roots by massaging the scalp with your fingertips.

For medium hair, wash your hair once a week. It is best to use a shampoo without sulfides and use circular motions on your scalp when massaging your hair for this type of hair. Washing your hair twice with warm water opens your follicles and removes the dirt trapped inside; afterward, condition your hair from the middle towards the end for a few minutes.

The remedy for thicker hair is shampooing at least three times a day and putting more time into cleaning your scalp. If you have thick hair and use gel and spray, spend more time washing your hair than you usually do. The downside of using too much product is this: the chemicals in hair products gather on your scalp and do not let your skin breathe properly, creating eczema, rashes, dandruff, and other problems. To prevent these health issues spent more time washing your hair, and after you rinse correctly, add a second coat of shampoo to your hair and repeat the process. Some experts suggest that adding conditioner to your hair ends goes a long way. Another way to wash thick hair is to divide your hair into four sections, clean each area individually, and then rinse and go to the next section. When you wash your hair, use a circular motion and warm water. Studies show that hair grows in circles; therefore, if you use zigzagging or up and down motions when washing your hair, you damage your hair strands over time.

For thick hair, it is best to use a three-step process. Wash your hair with your regular shampoo, then apply a clarifying shampoo to your scalp. Massage your skin in a circular motion, and finally, after removing all the dirt in your hair, with a home-made one part conditioner and two parts shampoo, then finish washing your hair. Before you rinse, you can also cover your hair with a plastic cap for 10 minutes to let the conditioner penetrate your hair well. When your 10 minutes are up, rinse with cold water to lay the cuticles down.

How to properly wash your hair

HOW TO FIX YOUR HAIR WITH NATURAL REMEDIES

How many times do you wake up in the morning wishing you could take a woodchipper to your hair to get rid of all that mess? Thankfully, there are several ways to avoid something that drastic.

A great way to fix your THINNING HAIR is to make a smoothie. Take two egg yolks, 2Tbsp of honey, half a cup of conditioner, and 2Tbsp of olive oil. Mix and pour the smoothie on your hair. For more volume, leave it there for 30 minutes before washing.

Fix your BRITTLE HAIR by mixing a few egg yolks with lemon juice and lather your hair from root to tip. Leave it there for 30 minutes. This mixture will help your hair strengthen and nourish your follicles to avoid breakage and dryness.

For MESSY CURLS, a good mixture of ½ cup of molasses, ¼ cups of olive oil, 4Tbsp honey, two bananas, ½ cup of water, 4Tbsp of lemon juice, and 2Tbsp of flour will do the trick. After you separate your hair into four parts, evenly apply the mixture on your hair and cover yourself with a shower cap for 45 minutes then, rinse it well.

DRY DAMAGED TRESSES need moisturizing. An easy solution to take a tablespoon of coconut oil, melt it in the microwave, apply it to your hair, and leave it overnight. Place a shower cap over your hair to avoid staining the pillow you sleep on during the night. In the morning, rinse your hair and wash it a second time with your favorite shampoo. For people with fragile hair, use olive oil or avocado oil.

If you have an ITCHY SCALP, use tea tree oil. Massage three drops of tea tree oil on your scalp; if the mixture burns a little, pour a cup of warm water on your hair, and continue the massage. Another remedy is massaging your scalp with a Vitamin E rich oil.

For LIMP LOCKS, add starch to your hair. They say less is more. To boost hair volume daily, add a little bit of starch to your hair especially, to your roots, then blow-dry. Start with a smaller amount at first, then add a little bit more each day.

If you want to INTENSIFY THE COLOR after you dye your hair, for redheads was your hair with a mixture of dye and cranberry juice. For blond hair use, chamomile tea. For dark golden hair use, champagne. Pour the juice on your hair in the sink or the shower. Then dry your hair to lock in the color. Afterward, rinse your hair with water.

If your hair is FRIZZY, apply some castor oil; because of its Omega-9 richness, Castor oil acts as a thermal protector and can heal the hair. Add a thin layer to your hair to revitalize and rejuvenate.

Too many gels and oils can lead to unwanted buildup. The excess buildup can lead to damaged hair and dandruff-like flakes. The fix: mix 1/3 cup of shampoo with 2Tbsp baking soda and pour the consistency on your scalp. Leave it there for a couple of minutes before you rinse off.

DANDRUFF usually appears when the skin of the scalp shades, leaving unwanted flakes. A good remedy is ginger root. Boil two cups of water with finely grated ginger root, add 1Tbsp of lemon juice and some olive oil. When the tea cools down, pour it on your hair.

EXCESS SHEDDING gets fixed by getting a mayonnaise-based mask twice a week to rejuvenate the scalp. Take 2Tbsp of mayo, 1Tbsp of honey, a few drops of rosemary oil and, add a few drops of lavender oil to the mix. Apply the mixture to your scalp, then cover your hair with a shower cap and let it sit for an hour. This mixture has anti-inflammatory qualities, will revitalize the hair, and heal the scalp.

If you want to get rid of FLAT HAIR, try an almond oil and oatmeal concoction. Take half a cup of oats, 2Tbsp of almond oil, and mix it with ½ cup of 2% milk. Afterward, apply it to your hair and let it sit there for 30 minutes then, rinse. Your hair will look bouncier and fuller in no time.

Get beautiful long lasting lashes (mascara tips)

 LONG, LASTING LASHES

They say the eyes are the key to the soul; if it is true, what about the lashes? Why people love long lashes? One of the secrets to beautiful eyelashes is applying coconut oil on your lashes with a brush for approximately 10 minutes. If you like coconut oil, use a cream with biotin, and vitamin E. Biotin and vitamin E are vital in growing eyelashes.

Do not use mascara daily. Give your lashes a break for a day or two. Too much mascara and too many chemicals dry the lashes and damage them. After you apply mascara, clean the brush toughly, this will help prevent clumps from damaging the brush’s bristles. Before you use your mascara, put the tube in a glass of warm water; by doing this, your mascara will look more like a liquid than a clump of clay, making it easier to put the consistency on your lashes.

Apply mascara at the same time every day; this will help the lashes “bend” at the same time each day. The easiest way to maneuver the brush is to bend the brush at a 90-degree angle, making it easier to apply your mascara. Mix some drops of saline solution or olive oil to your mascara to achieve maximum consistency and volume; if you have an eyelash curler, warm it up with a hairdryer for a minute or two, this process will help your lashes stay in place longer. After you apply your first coat, dab some baby powder to your lashes. Start near the nose and move towards the side, and then add a second layer if you wish to do so. This process will give more volume to your lashes, making them look fuller. For the ones who use color, cover your lashes with baby powder from both sides. When you apply your mascara, make it the last step in your makeover. You might also use a light eye pencil and gently color the inner part of your lower eyelid to make your lashes look fuller and make your eyes stand out. Just remember, however, you do your lashes; you look beautiful no matter what.

Secrets of using skin toner

WHY SKIN TONER IS VITAL

The reason your skin is a wreck is that you have ignored toners all your life. Most people don’t even know what skin toner is or what does it do. According to dermatologists, the skin has a PH level.

A high PH level can cause conditions like acne, dryness, and pimples. In most cases, soaps with too many chemicals, shampoos, too much use of makeup, or even air pollutants can raise your skin PH level and throw your face into a frenzy. That is why you need a toner.

Buy toner with ingredients like hydrating hyaluronic acid, exfoliating AHAs, and BHAs because they prevent dryness and pigmentation. A right toner can also eliminate the impact the minerals found in water have on your face. The same minerals that are too tough on your skin and cause you inflammation. After using a toner, finish your skin rejuvenation process by putting a soothing hydrating cream on your face.

If you buy toner for oily skin, buy a 2% salicylic acid toner. If you have dry skin, use moisturizing toner. If your skin is ultra-sensitive, use elderberry toner. Elderberry helps reduce and eliminate inflammation. Finally, if your skin has dark spots look for ingredients like vitamin C and B3.

HOW TO FIX YOUR DAMAGED SKIN

You damaged your skin throughout the years, either by using old cream either by using too much makeup, and let’s face it: your skin is a total nightmare. But if you are looking for a cure, there certainly is one. While acids break down dying skin, sometimes using too much can ultimately destroy it, especially the skin’s top layer leaving your face open to severe damage. To fix it, use a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a secret ingredient – Vaseline. This process shields your skin while at the same time, it protects it. Do this twice a day after you moisturize, and your skin will regenerate. It might take over a month or so but be patient, and you will get there.

Retinol is good for skin rejuvenation, but the skin will flake very quickly and become very irritated when you use too much and too often. To fix this problem, use an intense hydrating like a hyaluronic acid serum. Slap this serum on a face mask and leave it there for 15 minutes. Use this method every day for a couple of days until the flakes are gone. There is no limit to how much you can use – some people use it as often as they wish.

Stop picking your face! If you scratch every single pore, you will destroy your skin. But if you do cleanse your skin, cover the damages with a pimple patch to avoid scarring. For any zit scars, place an ice cube wrapped in a paper towel on your skin and hold it there for 10 minutes. Afterward, use a 1% hydrocortisone crème on the same area to make the inflammation go away.

A common cause of skin breakouts is using too many products too often. Sometimes if you use too much product on your skin, your skin breaks out, and you can develop perioral dermatitis. If this happens, go to a dermatologist immediately! If you are a risk-taker, put some benzoyl peroxide over those ugly bumps before bedtime, and if they start to go away, keep at it; if they don’t go away or the condition gets worse, see a dermatologist.

How to use extra make up

THE MANY WAYS YOU CAN USE MAKEUP

An excellent way to use mascara is to color your brow hairs as well. If you see some spots on your eyebrows, take your trusted mascara and paint away. Use a bronzer for your eyes as well, take a bit on a Q-tip, and lather your eyelids just a smidge. Instead of an eye shadow primer, use a concealer, this way, you increase the intensity of your liquid shadow and make them last a while. Use your lip balm to make your skin glow by applying a bit of it to your face. Have a brow pencil? Use it to line your eyes for a more mysterious look. Lipstick is not just for lips but for your cheeks as well – add a bit on your cheeks and rub it in for a more “colorful” look. Why buy lipstick when you can use some extra eyeshadow? A unique way to use it on your lips is to mix it with some Aquaphor and color your lips with it. Have some lip gloss to spare; put a bit on your eyelids for a super cool shine.

You powder blush can also be applied to your lips after you put lipstick on for a matte finish. A concealer works great as a lipstick. Put a smidge of concealer at the edge of your lips and gently rub your lips with the mixture; make sure to apply a darker color on the inside of the lips for sexier
lips. Concealers can be also used as primers because in many cases they are of the same texture, hue, and density. Grab your liner brush, put a bit of liquid lipstick and use it as eyeliner to color your eyelids. Instead of eyeshadow use lipstick. Just lather a bit of lipstick on your eye lids and with a Q-tip color your eyelids from the inside out. The same idea can be used in reverse. Eyeshadows make amazing lipsticks; however, this process only works with nude lipsticks otherwise the eyeshadow can run down your face. On the other hand, eyeshadows can be used as a eye filer. For the process use a angled liner brush and go crazy

What is the best way to grow your hair naturally

GROW YOUR HAIR NATURALLY

Modern hairstylists believe that to grow your hair, you must cut it first – about a quarter of an inch. By cutting your hair, you eliminate hair splits and knots that prevent your hair from growing. Most specialists believe this ritual should be repeated every three months, or if you color-treat your hair, try it every two months.

The next step in growing your hair is preparation. Try to skip chemicals, coloring, and tight styles and try looser twists, French braids, and rolls. When you take a shower, saturate your wet hair with conditioner, blow-dry your hair with a comb attachment until your hair is dry, then stretch each section while your hair is drying, blow-dry with heat. This process will extend your hair cuticles, protecting your hair from breaking.

Use a moisturizer, not oil. When you pour oil on your hair without hydrating it, your hair will dry up and break. Contrary to popular belief, oils do not moisturize, and they prevent moisture from getting into your hair strands, therefore making them dry. Moisturize your hair daily for 14 days with a moisturizing conditioner, THEN apply oil. A daily moisturizing routine will help your hair become fuller within a month; after these two weeks, decrease this process to every 4-5 days.

Because many product compositions are killing your hair, use a clarifying shampoo, and massage your scalp while you are washing your hair. If you use oils and butter heavily, do this weekly. If you don’t use oils and butter, do this only once a month.

Stop using products that have “anti-breakage” and “strengthening” on the label. While ingredients found in products like these help repair your hair, it can dehydrate your hair strands further in some cases (mostly if your hair has dried out). Try to eliminate proteins from your hair for 30 days, and instead use moisture-rich products. Then after a month, bring back those products but use them only once a week.

Oud in fragrances

WHAT IS OUD?

People discover an array of nodes throughout the fragrance world that can create a perfect blend of aromas, making everybody’s head turn. Rose, grapefruit, vanilla, chocolate, every smell on earth put in a bottle to make the most insane perfume in the world. Hundreds and hundreds of designers are fighting to create the next Aqua Di Gio or the next Sauvage. Out of these million nodes, one has baffled designers and perfume makers worldwide for years and generations, mainly because this smell is impossible to synthesize. It can only come from nature, in its pure form. This mystical ingredient is oud.

But what is oud, and why everybody is crazy about it? Right now, in the year 2020, the finest oud is priced at $30.000 per pound. This delightful perfume commodity is more expensive than gold. Oud comes from the tropical Agar tree, which has 15 different species around the world. Believed to originate a million years ago in India’s Assam region, the Agar tree spread throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The tree grows in abundance in countries like China, Japan, and India.

Throughout its lifetime, the tree is invaded by a parasitic mold called Phialophors Parasitica. As the tree’s immune system is fighting with this foreign substance, it produces a dark, fragrant resin called: oud. This resin goes by many other names such as agarwood, oud, aloeswood, eaglewood. Triggered by mold, oud is a rarity in the fragrance world because only 2% of these trees produce this resin, making oud a high-end commodity.

This diabolically smelling resin is part of all high-end perfumes from makers such as Armani, Versace, Commes De Garcons, Mason Francis Kurkdjian, Aqua Di Parma, Tom Ford, Creed, and others. Oud or wood is the crème de la crème of the fragrance world. The intoxicating hardcore oud smell hits you every time you smell it, and with a mixture of feminine nodes such as rose, vanilla, jasmine, peach, and others, it can create the perfect fragrance.

You can say that oud is this devilish scent that caught the fragrance world by storm. One whiff of it, and you fall in love with every perfume that has a slight trace of this magical substance in its bouquet. So next time you are in town or at the mall in the fragrance section, ask somebody about oud, and you will be amazed at how it smells.
