Every summer, my family would vacation on the Black Sea.

Every morning we would wake up and go to the beach before everybody else, before even the sunrise: just us and the tranquility of the sea. Even though I was too young to know what meditation was, I took time to admire the stillness of the world surrounding me. I do not know if I was meditating; I know I enjoyed the serenity of the sea, the seagulls flying, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, and in a few words: the peace of the morning.

While you are outside, try to focus on the moment. Particularly on what you see, what you hear, what you think. The sun, the wind, the birds singing, and everything that surrounds you. If you have a pool or you are near a body of water, try to go for a quick swim. HOW TO DO EARLY MORNING MEDITATION FOR POSITIVE ENERGY

Early morning meditation helps you start your day with positive intentions. Get into a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, and rest your hands on your knees with your arms facing up. Then take three deep breaths and, with an open mouth, exhale. Now, take a moment for gratitude. Focus on what you are grateful for today. Take another deep breath and exhale. Breathe in and imagine positive energy coming from above through the top of your head. As you breathe out, imagine that positive energy flowing through your body and pushing the negative energy out of your body through your toes. Breathe positive energy in and exhale negative thoughts and negative energy that don’t serve you. Continue this visualization for a few more deep breaths. This gives you a high-energy cleanse to start your day with high energy. Focusing on positive energy and learning how to cultivate it will improve your day, and in the long run, your life. Tell yourself, “Today is a new day, a beautiful day with new possibilities and opportunities coming your way. Yesterday was in the past.” Let go of the past; let go of anything that weighs you down. Each day is a chance to start something new. Start the new day with a fresh mind and a light heart. You have the power to shape your day in any way you desire; all you need to do is add a drop of positivity to everything you do. So, use today to start a bright future for yourself. Repeat in your mind: “I am worthy” “I am enough” “I trust myself” “I love myself” “I believe in myself” “I am exactly where I need to be” “everything is happening for my greater good” “I am strong, I am safe, I am guided” “I chose to be loved” “I am not afraid” “Nobody can hurt me” “I deserve success and love.” Now take three final breaths and exhale through your mouth. Open your eyes and start your day.

EARLY MEDITATION ROUTINE FOR BEGINNERS

It is a common thought throughout the world that when you sleep your body is at rest, and when you wake up your body is up. Imagine pushing the accelerator on your car and jumping from 0 to 100 mph in a second. That is what you are doing to your body every day. When you wake up, lie there for a moment. Start by rubbing your palms for 10 seconds and place them over your eye for 10 seconds. Do this three times.

MEDITATION EXERCISE FOR BEGINNERS

One of the best early morning meditation techniques, especially if you live in a “scenic” state is to go out in the mountains or your garden. Find somewhere beautiful and for 15-30 minutes, enjoy the splendor or nature. You don’t have to move, do yoga or chant; just enjoy the world around you. If you don’t have a scenic view, just sit in a chair or on the side of the bed with your feet on the floor. Start with three deep breaths. Inhale the fresh air of the new morning, hold it for three seconds and exhale forcefully. Repeat this for the next five minutes. Another popular meditation, is jumping in the shower after you wake up and instead of thinking about what will you wear, what will you do, and who will you see, think about the present. Think about the water on your skin and how the tile feels on your feet. Think about washing your hair, the cold tiles beneath your feet and be mindful of your surroundings instead of letting your mind wander off.

Count your blessings every morning. Take a few minutes and think of all the things you are thankful for: your wife, friends, and your job. This thought will set the stage for a wonderful day. Start with the idea that you are alive and loved by all the people around you.

It is so easy to get caught up in our world and all the negative thoughts that challenge us that we forget about our loved ones. Instead of focusing on ourselves, why don’t we send our love, our positive thoughts, and our positive energy to others? Goodwill meditation is all about sending your well-wishes for others into the universe. Early morning meditation techniques will help you greatly achieve inner peace, calmness, and a way to cope with all the troubles surrounding you. Start your early morning meditation techniques today and you will see a difference tomorrow.
